Ninety Minute Parent Teen Component
Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles requires teens under 18 to complete a 90-minute parent-teen component. Previously this component was a requirement for those in planning District 8 (counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park). Effective July 1, 2022 all students under 18 are required to complete the 90-minute parent-teen component and where they live in the Commonwealth of Virginia is irrelevant. Blessed Driving School, LLC offers the 90 minute Parent Teen Component online. This component is included with our Online Driver's Education Course but those who have taken Driver's Education elsewhere can take our course for $30.
Please note, those in District 8 are required to complete the 90 Minute Parent Teen Component in-person but everyone else can complete this course online.
