Driver's Manual Re-Examination Online Course
DMV requires those who failed the learner's permit test 3 times to take a re-examination course prior to returning to DMV for the 4th attempt. Our online course can be taken by anyone 18 years or older who is trying to get the Virginia Learner's Permit and Driver's License afterward.
