PLEASE NOTE: You may take this Driving Improvement Course Once (1) every two years to get 5+ points added to your Virginia driving record (5+ points maximum on Virginia driving record).

If you have attended another driver improvement class that was Court ordered, you did NOT receive any positive points, but the ticket was dismissed. You can elect to take this course as a volunteer to get positive driving points added to your record.
